TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS

To view the documentation, you must access the compliance reports using computer hardware and software having the following requirements:

• Desktop Computer or Laptop

  • Personal computer with an available USB port running Windows XP or later (See Figure)
    
    
• Web Browser

  • Internet Explorer 6.0 or later  (Internet Explorer is necessary to view the contents of this external drive)
    
    
  • Windows Vista or Windows 7 users may be required to browse the external drive to access the content and click the file PresidentLetter.html.
    
    
  • Text size set to Medium (within the Internet Explorer menu bar, select View, Text Size, Medium)
    
    
• PDF File Viewer
  • If you have Adobe Reader 8 or earlier, you must download the latest free version of Adobe Reader 9.0 or later.
    
    
  • All the electronic documents within the certification are portable document files “.pdf”.
    
    
  • For your convenience, the Adobe Reader 9 installer is located on the external drive.  To install, browse the external drive and click the file adobe_reader.exe and follow the installation prompts.
