State and county capital funding has resulted in an 80 percent increase in capital assets during the last six years. The College continues to expand physical resources to meet the demands of changing demographics, emerging technologies, and military expansion.
The Current Student Survey indicates an overall satisfaction with campus facilities. Additionally, the Faculty/Administration/Staff Support Services Survey indicates that 89.6 percent of Faculty/Staff members believe that the facilities meet the needs of the College.
In March 2008, FTCC updated the College’s Facilities Master Plan. The study documents the use of and needs for campus facilities and develop a plan for the future. Critical needs are identified annually and are documented in the College’s 2009-2014 Strategic Plan.
